Inception ending explanation. Inception meaning. I first saw this film in America, before it aired in the UK, after having briefly read a review in an American magazine while waiting in the car. I came in knowing that it was something about dreams, and entering other people's dream. Oh, there was DiCaprio - this was before my love affair with his acting started - who I'd enjoyed a lot in Blood Diamond and less in Titanic. But, in any case, I loved this film. Absolutely loved it.
I found DiCaprio's character compelling and well-acted, I found the rest of the cast to be strong and watchable, I found the story understandable (and far less confusing that some people seem to think it is, though I don't see this as a disadvantage. All in all, very much worth watching as a film.

Inception ateez. Inception in. Inception movie explained. So this film has been so over-hyped its bound to be a bit of a let down.
The positives are that it has a good director, great actors and some interesting ideas.
The problems are that it is too long, and a bit boring.I stopped caring about what was going to happen and just wanted the film to end.
I think that the problem with this film is that the inhabiting peoples dreams idea is obviously made up, so you never really know if what is happening is realistic or not as the director is telling you that this is how it is, and you just have to accept that this is possible.
Suff happens in the dreams that you have no idea whether they could or couldn't happen and characters work their way round problems in ways that may or may not be clever or realistic. we have no idea, as the director is just making all this stuff up.
plus the wife character is super annoying and the film could have done without that side story and should have just focused on the industrial espionage angle.
And there are massive plot holes even in the real world parts on the film, never mind the dream parts.
so yea go and see it, its kind of interesting, but its no where near a 9/10.

Like "Memento" completely overrated plot wise: like it's brilliant and stuff and all kinds of explanations and dimensions outlined by the fans. It's just about a man who's torn up by the suicide of his wife, searching his own mind for his responsibility in all this to find forgiveness and carry on with his live. The whole movie until the part where he wakes up in the plane is just a reflection of his chaotic and desperate mind dealing with the loss of his wife. And all the dream-layers and stuff is complete and utter nonsense to make a cool and fun movie. Just a lesser serious "Shutter Island.
"The Prestige" is still Christopher Nolan's best work according to me, doesn't mean Inception wasn't a good movie, but certainly not in the top 10 of all time best movies.
